New Years Day Survival Guide


So you slept with your make up on. Here are some tips to help your skin recover the next day.

1. Wash your face immediately upon waking up, rinse and leave moist
2. Spritz your face with toner. (If you don't have a toner then its time to add one for that extra moisture)
3. Apply a moisturizing mask and wait 15 min then wash off (always have a mask on hand for those days when your skin needs that pick me up from the everyday routine)

4. Apply your favorite serum, hylauronic acid and moisturizer
5. Change your pillow case and sheets before you go back to sleep


Had a little too much to drink and forgot to drink water before you went out?

1. Take your vitamins packed with vitamin C, magnesium, calcium and glutathione, drinking wipes out your B vitamins
2. Guzzle coconut water, a great way to hydrate - the potassium replenishes your minerals.
3. Green juice with some papaya, ginger, apple, celery, spinach and little cilantro
4. Don't chug that coffee, its dehydrating. Drink green tea instead, caffeine for the headache and not dehydrating
5. Jump in the pool or ocean and clear up that fog
